Connie Wiegers

Connie Wiegers is the Director of the Wiegers FamilyFoundation based in Denver, Colorado. She is currently a board member at the University of Colorado/Department of Psychiatry (Johnson Depression Center) and has chaired their annual fundraising luncheon for the past 7 years. Connie and her family also started the Wiegers Clinic located in the Vail Valley that provides outpatient behavioral health services in the Vail and surrounding mountain communities. She serves on the board of the Vail Health/Eagle Valley Behavioral Health Board.

Connie is also an active participant with event planning/fundraising and committee involvement with multiple organizations in Colorado such as the Denver Art Museum, Denver Scholarship Foundation, Green Light Fund and Judi’s House.

Prior to her involvement with the foundation, Connie worked for over 20 years in marketing and advertising as a Global Account Director for advertising agencies in San Francisco (Doremus, Eleven Inc) and New York City(Ogilvy & Mather).

Connie was raised in Pennsylvania and currently resides between Denver and Florida with her husband Alex and beloved terrier mix, Peanut. After falling in love with Nantucket 10 years ago, they (very happily) purchased their home in Surfside and look forward to spending many summers here enjoying time with family and friends.
