Lily MacDonald

Lily MacDonald joined the Fairwinds team as Development Manager in April 2023. Prior to joining Fairwinds Lily worked in corporate client focused roles fundraising and working with sophisticated clients. Lily has a history of being involved with those in need tutoring underprivileged elementary and middle school students in English and reading. She has also led the local fundraising efforts for the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity’s annual 5K race for the American Foundation of
Suicide Prevention. In these roles Lily has experienced first-hand the impact and positive outcomes associated with working with those in need. Lily is a graduate of Gettysburg College and resides full time on Nantucket.
