Kevin Dale, Esq.: At Large

Kevin Dale has practiced law on Nantucket since 1981 when he and his wife Barbara moved to the island from Virginia. He is a partner in the firm Vaughn, Dale, Hunter, Beaudette, and Swain and his practice focuses on real estate, land use, and municipal permitting. He has served as the Chair of the Nantucket Board of Zoning Appeals and President of the Nantucket Bar Association. He is a Massachusetts Land Court Title Examiner and a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancer’s Association. A graduate of the University of Virginia (BA), Kevin has a master’s in religious studies from UVA and a law degree from Suffolk Law School. His board service history includes the Nantucket Cottage Hospital and the Nantucket Boys and Girls Club. In addition to Fairwinds, Kevin also serves on the board of NAMI on Nantucket. Kevin is an avid fisherman and golfer.
